Because all of our art prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@pineandpalettestudios.com with your order number and a photo of the issue—we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
