We pack and ship every order with care to make sure your art arrives safely.

Processing Time

All prints are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to print, package, and ship your artwork.

Shipping Times

Orders typically arrive in 5–7 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please reach out within 7 days. We’ll help track it down or guide you through the next steps.

Damaged Orders

If your art arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery at orders@pineandpalettestudios.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement right away.
